Step into a different side of Brighton as FUMI transforms into an intimate Tokyo-inspired jazz lounge for one special evening each month.

Enjoy live jazz, seasonal Japanese-inspired dining and specially created cocktails in an elegant setting designed for good food, conversation and moments worth remembering.

Dress code: 1920s-inspired formalwear, tailored silhouettes and timeless styling.
Sportswear, jeans and trainers are not permitted.
Your table-booking time does not determine or extend the live-performance schedule.

Performance Schedule

Jazz Night tables are available to book from 5pm.

First set: 7pm–8pm
Interval: 8pm–8.30pm
Second set: 8.30pm–9.30pm

Please choose your booking time with the performance schedule in mind. Reservations before 7pm allow time to enjoy dinner and drinks ahead of the first set. Guests arriving later in the evening may experience only part of the live performance.

The music begins and finishes at the scheduled times, regardless of individual table-booking times.

Food & Drink

Our full à la carte menu will be available throughout the evening, featuring seasonal Japanese-inspired dishes prepared with carefully sourced ingredients from small, local suppliers.

Alongside the regular menu, guests can discover an exclusive Jazz Night food menu, created specially for the occasion and available for one evening only.

The bar will also serve a selection of Jazz Night cocktails, together with FUMI’s regular drinks menu.

Guests are welcome to join us for dinner before the music begins or enjoy food, cocktails and drinks throughout the performances.
